Introduction
We've seen a lot of SSDs from OCZ here at Funkykit, now we have another one! This time it is their brand new Vertex 4 series 128 GB drive.
The biggest change from Vertex 3 to Vertex 4 is that the Vertex 4 drives use an Indilinx controller rather than the Sandforce in older drives.
This means more IOPs, no incompressible data slowdown and excellent low queue depth performance. That's the theory anyway, we'll see how it does in testing.
