The stable version of the MIUI 8 update is almost ready and will officially debut on August 16. Meanwhile, in the spoilers, the MIUI official referred to the many new features of upcoming MIUI 8, Including the popular mobile security features of interest of new solutions.
MIUI 8 includes following updates:
- Long Screenshot: Feel inconvenient when you need to take several screenshots on a long webpage? MIUI 8 will solve your problem! We can now extend our screenshot and take it in one shot!
- Introduction of Mi mobile APP with Verified Mi mobile phone card which can process the daily business, recharge, and other functions.iOS version millet mobile APP is already on the line.
- Battery Saver: it has taken its battery saver feature into a higher level. We can have more settings and customizations on apps usage to optimize and improve our battery life.
- Quick Ball (aka Touch Assistant)
- MIUI 8 also introduce an assistant in MIUI which provides us some quick shortcuts. Watch the video below on how to use it
- Cloned Apps: This is another awesome MIUI 8 feature which allows us to duplicate an app into two similar apps. We can login with another account on the cloned app so that we can use two different accounts on a social app such as WhatsApp
- Second Space: it provides a feature that we can have two different spaces in one phone, similar on how users in Window work. We can “login” into different users with different password on lockscreen. Cool right?
- Mi bus card features a side note: Only Mi 5
- Introduction of “m SIM” virtual card features, the use of virtual card can not be pulled out, has a stronger security role, so pull off the regualar card without fear of thieves.
