Conclusion and Verdict
In conclusion, the GA-Z270X-Gaming K5 from Gigabyte is a great entry level Z270 option. You get a lot of the same performance as the high-end motherboards minus a few options and less peripheral ports. They have also included the awesome RGB it just doesn’t have multiple zones, so all the lights remain the same color. Not a con just not as fancy as the Gaming 9. I haven’t had a chance to yet but I hope to review the Gaming 9 from Gigabyte just to see how close the chipset performance actually is, until then we will roll with what we got.
The GA-Z270X-Gaming K5 is loaded with wonderful features such as the Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5, Killer™ E2500 Gaming Network, M.2 and SATA Express support, SLI and RGB FUSION LED Light Show design; just to name a few. Not to mention, this motherboard has a wealth of overclocking options; making it a killer product for overclockers, no matter the expertise level.
The GA-Z270X-Gaming K5 can be found on Amazon as well as other various e-tailers for around $179.99USD. Read customer’s review from Aamzon – https://goo.gl/Mv2DrW
