It's the size of a small city, has what look to be residential buildings on-site, and is probably the largest datacenter ever built.. The thing is huge! The largest known datacenter is 1.1 million square feet, actually larger then the initial planned size for the new center in china (640k square feet or so, amusingly enough), but I expect the new IBM-China center to grow to larger then that size.
