This allows us to spot potential packet loss before it occurs and automatically switch channels and 2 wireless channels transmitting simultaneously across 40 possible frequencies, even when one channel gets interrupted, the mouse’s wireless signal doesn’t drop a single packet during any wireless interference.
Battery longevity? SteelSeries engineers hand-selected components to optimize power draw, and carefully configured them to minimize consumption up to 90% less than other wireless mice, providing uncompromising wireless performance while maintaining high efficiency. This is in Bluetooth mode which causes more lag and lower polling rate to achieve 400+ hours on 2 regular AAA batteries. An amazing feat none-the-less. Weight? If 106g then use just one. Yes this mouse can run on just one battery which give it the weight of around 96g. A great gaming weight anyone can appreciate.
