Other than one having RGB and the other a stealthy black version, these two fans are pretty much identical. The need for good fans is becoming more of an essential item than before. We can thank these newer graphics cards that produce a ton of heat. The ability to move that heat out of a case is crucial for the performance and longevity of your hardware. Depending on the location where you are placing the fans, some specifications can determine what kind of application they are meant for.
