When Motorola unveiled Moto Z2 Play, we also expected to see a successor to the Moto Z Force, but that never happened. Instead, Motorola decided to further test the phone and release it when it’s ready. It seems like testing is in final stages, as the phone appeared on GFXBench, the popular benchmarking website.
The listing on GFXBench for the Moto Z2 shows high-end specifications. Expect to see a 5.5-inch display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution, Snapdragon 835 SoC under the hood, featuring an octa-core 2.4GHz CPU and the Adreno 540 GPU. It will have “just” 4 GB of RAM paired with 64 GB of storage.
Motorola is holding an event on June 30, where we should see its new flagship phone.
