CES 2013: CoolerMaster Cases, Coolers & Accessories

Watercooling

Unfortunately the name of this case has been lost to the sands of time and CES parties (I blame CoolerMaster, they had the best party too). The idea is very interesting though! It’s said to be a bit of a pain to install, but once it’s in there you don’t lose any precious interior space to it. Very cool.

The cooler also comes in a 120mm flavor. Note that the pump is not an Asetek unit! This is something new, the Cooler Master rep I spoke with said that Cooler master makes it themselves. That would set them alone as the only company to make and sell their own all in one setup. I’m hoping to get some review samples for an in depth analysis. If you look closely, you’ll see fill ports. Very rare, generally not needed, but very important if you do need it!

Also in the water cooling direction are the Eisburg units, these are somewhere inbetween All-In-One units and custom water cooler. You can buy a prebuilt prefilled unit with a 120mm or 240mm radiator, or you can buy just the pump/rest/block combo piece, and use your own parts for everything else. As the name suggests, this comes out of Germany.

If these units are half as good as they look, it’s revolution time in the All-In-One industry!
