Noctua is one of these booths that you must attend at any Computex if you are serious about your PC cooling whilst maintain the noise level to a minimum. Their products may not have RGB or any lighting, but they get the work done get it done well.
Just a month before Computex 2018, Noctua released their long-awaited next generation of fans, the NF-A12x25 120mm. Having taken 4.5 years in developing, the NF-A12x25 has a record tight tip clearance of just 0.5mm which makes this fan superb in all practically uses, be it as a case fan or on heatsinks and water cooling radiators.
Combining the NF-A12x25 with their optional NA-SFMA1 adapter frames, this fan offers better efficiency than many 140mm fans on 140mm based systems. These will be available at US$30 each.
Next we have the NH-U12 CPU cooler mated with 2 of the NF-A12x25 fans. With 7 heat pipes and 38% more surface area compared to the previous generation, this 120mm cooler is reaching the cooling levels of Noctua’s 140mm flagship HD50 CPU cooler! Expect the NH-U12 CPU cooler to be bundled with 2 x NF-A12x25 fans for around US$100 at the beginning of next year.
