This year at Computex 2024, Patriot teamed up with Asus TUG Gaming alliance and showcased some new RGB memory kits. There were also two PCIE Gen5 SSDs on display.
The new Viper PV573 delivers an impressive 14,000 MB/s read speed and 12,000 MB/s write speed. While the PV553 offers a read speed of 12,400 MB/s and write speed of 11,800 MB/s
Next we have the Viper Xtreme 5 RGB MPOWER DDR5 memory module. It’s a collaboration with MSI MPOWER with XMP profiles of 6,000 MT/s, 6,400 MT/s or 8,000 MT/s.
On the topic of storage, Patriot now has external SSDs that supports direct recording from an iPhone 15 series or Android phones. It uses the USB 3.2 Gen2x2 interface and can deliver read speeds of up to 2,000 MB/s and a write speed of up to 1,500 MB/s.
