Project Puriel by NFC. An Intel Core i7 based system on an EVGA Micro 2 X99 Motherboard, featuring a Sapphire NITRO R9 390X, in a custom built chassis with Koolance CPU 390 watercooling.

Chassis is hand constructed from 5mm thick 6061-T aluminum, 6.24mm steel, and 25mm cell cast acrylic.

Scratch builds are awesome–just look at all the submissions here on Funky Kit. They showcase creator’s minds, but also stand as a testament to the their passion and drive. Puriel is is an angel in Hebrew mythology described as fiery and pitiless. I like to name my mods after angels as each one is unique. Fiery certainly describes the passion we have as scratch builders, and our art certainly can be pitiless to our time and money. 🙂
