Ultrawide meets ultra-fast: beyond the racing line
The CU34G4Z elevates gaming across multiple genres with its 34-inch curved (1500R) VA panel, UWQHD resolution (3440×1440), and exhilarating 240 Hz refresh rate. The expansive 21:9 aspect ratio provides significant advantages in various gaming scenarios – from the increased peripheral vision benefits in racing and flight simulators to the strategic overview in RTS and MOBA titles, and the cinematic immersion in open-world adventures. The high refresh rate ensures smooth motion in all fast-paced content, while response times of up to 1 ms GtG and 0.3 ms MPRT using Motion Blur Reduction mode maintain exceptional clarity during rapid on-screen movement.
The 25G4SXU delivers tournament-grade performance to the AOC GAMING range with its 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel running at a blistering 300 Hz, with the overclocking option via OSD to 310 Hz at Full HD resolution. Featuring response times up to 1 ms GtG and 0.3 ms MPRT, this display provides the split-second visual clarity that can make the difference between victory and defeat in competitive play.
The monitor’s esports-inspired design includes a 130 mm height-adjustable stand with a low-profile, asymmetric base that maximizes desk space and accommodates the angled keyboard setups preferred by many professional players. The stand is also capable of tilt and swivel adjustments as well as portrait (pivot) mode. Adaptive-Sync technology and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility ensures smooth, tear-free visuals, while the dedicated Low Input Lag mode delivers the immediate feedback essential for twitch reflexes in high-stakes competition.
“Our newest G4 models reflect our understanding that different gaming genres demand specialized performance,” says César Acosta, Gaming Product Manager at AGON by AOC. “While we continue to push boundaries with QD-OLED technology in our AGON PRO lineup, we’re bringing targeted high-performance features to our AOC GAMING range. The CU34G4Z delivers exactly what simulation enthusiasts have been asking for, while the 25G4SXU provides competitive players with the frame rate advantage they need – all at price points that make sense for dedicated gamers.”
Both monitors come equipped with USB 3.2 Gen 1 hubs (2-port for the CU34G4Z, 4-port for the 25G4SXU) for convenient peripheral connectivity and include support for AOC’s G-Menu software for easy access to gaming presets and display settings. HDR10 support provides enhanced visuals in compatible content, while Flicker-Free technology and Low Blue modes reduce eye strain during extended gaming sessions.
The CU34G4Z excels in multiple gaming scenarios: racing simulators benefit from the expanded peripheral vision and smooth motion at speed; strategy and MOBA games gain valuable screen real estate for battlefield awareness; content creators appreciate the workflow-friendly aspect ratio; and single-player adventures deliver a more cinematic, immersive experience.
Meanwhile, the 25G4SXU is the weapon of choice for competitive gamers in fast-paced shooters like Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, and Overwatch, where every frame can be the difference between landing the perfect shot and missing entirely.
