High brightness and high resolution
The SU917 offers high light intensity and convinces with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels at 16:10 aspect ratio, a brightness of 5000 ANSI lumens and a maximum contrast of 13,000: 1. All this creates a detailed image reproduction, even in the on ceiling lights and at great distances. The projection surface is up to 300 inches (7.62 m). In addition, the new business projector includes BrilliantColor ™ technology, which supports an impressive deep and dynamic color reproduction and thus meets the highest color requirements.
Various connectors for maximum flexibility
The BenQ SU917 impresses with groundbreaking features that enable flexible and contemporary presentation. The Creston ® LAN Control function, the projector can be easily integrated into the existing network. The administrator can remotely access the full functionality of the device. For example, centralized, for example, updates can be performed on all the projectors in the network. Via the MHL interface the content of a smartphone or tablet is lightning fast and transmitted in high quality on the projector. The image size is adjusted optimally and without distortion. Intelligent and connected wirelessly
End Devices can be conveniently attached to the SU917 with optional dongle QCast BenQ. Mira Cast dongle takes the screen contents of laptops, smartphones or tablets wirelessly and in real time on a resolution of 1920 x 1080. To do this, just need the QCast dongle HDMI ® port are inserted on the projector. The connection with the BenQ QCast free app for smartphones, tablets, and Intel WiDi devices will be automatically established. This new form of presentation where the content is projected immediately without a mess of cables and connectors, provides users with a high degree of flexibility. Even more elegant works with mobile devices that support NFC: the connection to the projector is automatically established through the wireless NFC technology by the mobile device to hold just above an NFC tag.

With the economical SmartEco ® technology develops the projector lamp only as much light as is really needed and adjusts itself automatically and continuously to the content of the projection. The lamp will be automatically dimmed, for example, when there are a lot of dark elements are displayed on the screen. As a result, the user can not only save energy, but also prolonging the life of the lamp by 50 percent, in spite of the full light intensity. This follow-up costs for replacement lamps are considerably lower. In standby mode, the projector consumes less than 0.5 watts of power.
