Samsung has introduced a new virtual reality camera model known as the 360 Round. It uses 17 lenses to capture 360-degree VR content and it’s capable of 4K livestreaming. Also included with the 360 Round are six onboard mics for spatial audio, 50 GB of internal memory, support for a 2 TB SSD, and two external mic hookups.
Given its specs, this could be a good camera for someone looking to do some fairly high-end VR filmmaking.
Samsung hasn’t revealed the device’s price, though we know it’s going to become available in the US later in October.
