After a few years, Intel finally has big competition from AMD and its latest Ryzen architecture. The architecture forced Intel to hurry up with the development of Coffee Lake microarchitecture that is expected to be manufactured using Intel’s 14nm process.
According to new information, Intel’s new mobile processors could launch and one of the first laptops that will feature new processor might be Acer Swift 3. The laptop has reportedly available for pre-order in one of the French retail store for €1,099, featuring unannounced Intel Coffee Lake-U processor (Core i5-8250U) and a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics card. Other specs include a 14-inch IPS display with 1080p resolution, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD, 1x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB 3.1 Type C, 1x HDMI, card reader SDXC and audio jack of 3.5 mm. Its battery life is rated at 10 hours.
