ASUS today launched high-performance creator laptops in the Vivobook Pro series for aspiring creators: the 15.6-inch Vivobook Pro 15X OLED (K6501) and the 16-inch Vivobook Pro 16X (N7601).
These laptops feature high-performance components, including up to a 12th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 H-series processor with up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, studio-grade NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 graphics, and an ultrafast 1 TB PCIe® 4.0 SSD. The new ASUS IceCool Pro and IceCool Plus cooling systems allow sustained peak CPU performance at up to a 140-watt thermal design power (TDP)[i] .
Vivobook Pro 15X OLED has up to a 120 Hz 2.8K OLED HDR 16:9 display while the Vivobook Pro 16X is available with a 165 Hz WQUXGA 16:10 display. These world-leading 500-nit[ii] NanoEdge slim-bezel displays are all PANTONE® Validated and have a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. For enhanced eye care, they also have TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue-light emissions.
Creator-focused features include the innovative ASUS DialPad[iii] and a full set of high-speed I/O ports [iv] including 40 Gbps Thunderbolt™ 4 USB-C®, full-function USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C®, USB 3.2 Gen 2 and/or Gen 1 Type-A, and HDMI® 2.1, along with a microSD Express 7.1 card reader and a 2.5 Gbps LAN port. A fingerprint sensor on the power button and a physical webcam shield enhance security and privacy.
All three models have a Harman Kardon-certified Dolby Atmos® audio system, with a smart amplifier for powerful, distortion-free sound. The full-size ASUS ErgoSense keyboard has an optimum bounce and travel calculated with fine-tuned precision. The keys have a long 1.4 mm travel, and the keycaps have a 0.2 mm dish for comfort. With a physical webcam shield and built-in fingerprint sensor on the power button, the new models also provide direct and time-saving privacy and security.

Smart technology
With the increase in remote working and video conferencing, we’ve strengthened the ASUS AI Noise-Canceling Technology in Vivobook Pro 15X OLED and Pro 16X with a built-in three-microphone array to further enhance 360° sound reception. The technology employs machine learning to isolate unwanted noise from human speech. Via the MyASUS app, users can switch between the Microphone Single-Presenter mode, which can filter out ambient noise, and Multi-Presenter mode which picks up all individual voices from different positions for optimum group conference-call quality. In addition, the AI Noise-Canceling Speaker feature filters out all ambient noise apart from human speech — so users can hear what everyone else is saying.
