Asus has announced a new Chromebox to be released next month. The U.S. market will see two versions on the shelf, with a third slated for the overseas market. All three models will ship with integrated Intel HD graphics featuring 2GB or 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 1 HDMI, and 1 DisplayPort output. Dual 4K monitors will be supported.
Other features include a 12GB SSD, 100GB Google Drive cloud storage, four USB 3.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 LAN port, a 2-in-1 card reader, and a Kensington lock. The compact Chromebox measures in at 4.88 x 4.88 x 1.65 inches. Available starting in March with a retail price of $179.
