With the X4 we add an elegant and affordable ATX Midi Tower with a fuctional design to our product range, that can impress with its standard noise insulation.
A special feature of the tower is the noise insulation, which is hard to find in a case in this price range. This makes our X4 the right choice for a very low noise office PC.
The front of the X4 is a real eye-catcher – the lower part of the plastic front is inspired by the appearance of brushed aluminum, giving the X4 a particularly elegant look. Two external 5.25 inch drive bays can be found at the top of the front.
The chassis of the X3 is made from 0.5 mm thick steel and is carefully painted matte black. The case is characterized by a valent processed steel chassis – carefully folded and deburred edges protect against cuts when installing the hardware. The front cover and the side panels of the X3 are insulated with sound-absorbing foam.
The easily accessible I/O panel with 1 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0 and HD Audio ports can be found in the middle of the front panel. Appropriate peripheral devices can quickly and easily be connected from the front. The reset button can be found here as well. The power button is located in the upper right corner of the front, the Power and HDD LED in the upper left corner. Internally, the X3 offers a HDD cage for up to four 3.5 inch drives. An additional 3.5 inch drive can be mounted in a holder underneath the 5.25” bays. The drives are secured with screws. The Cooltek X4 is designed to minimize noise emissions. A pre-installed 80mm fan in the rear removes the heated air from the case interior. The X4 allows the installation of VGA cards with a maximum length of about 275 mm. The X4 is designed for all conventional ATX power supplies. The power supply is installed at the top of the rear panel of the X4. Seven PCI expansion slots are available at the back of the case. ATX and Micro ATX motherboards can be installed in the case.
