Last year, Microsoft introduced Windows 10, which is mainly focused on UI and UX improvements. The update also brings a handful of new features and under-the-hood improvements. Now, according to Rafael Rivera, a Windows enthusiast, Windows 10 extends Wi-Fi Display specifications alongside UI improvements
Rafael states that Microsoft is adding a new feature to Wi-Fi Display which will allow it to detect dynamic resolution and refresh rate changes and adapt “seamlessly”. Alongside improving refresh rate and dynamic resolution, Microsoft is also adding a new feature that will allow Wi-Fi display to manage latency in a better way – the new addition will allow it to detect which app’s in use and return the proper latency mode.
Alongside these two improvements, Windows 10 also adds some other new abilities to Wi-Fi Display. Nonetheless, it’s indeed very nice to see Microsoft adding powerful new improvements to Windows for power-users.
