As well as announcing the RX 470 Red Devil graphics card today, PowerColor has also let loose the RX 470 Red Dragon, featuring AMD reference clock speeds, including 1210 MHz engine boost, and 6.60 GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory, compared to the 1270 MHz boost and 7.00 GHz memory on the Red Devil, so basically a non-overclocked version of the Red Devil.
Aesthetically, the Red Dragon uses white-colored metal inserts instead of the red ones on the Red Devil, and as it is not running overclocked, it draws power from a single 6-pin PCIe power connector.
