Xiaomi has now added a new budget 4G smartphone to its portfolio. The Redmi series has been updated with a successor of last year’s Redmi 4A and will go on sale today in China. The Redmi 5A comes in Platinum Silver, Champagne Gold and Rose Gold colors and is priced at 599 yuan or around $90.
