H600X has enough space to install ATX or even E-ATX motherboard. There is also space for up to four 2.5″ SSD/HDD or two 2.5″ SSD/HDD and two 3.5″ HDD. Many users are not using HDD anymore but it’s still the cheapest storage and available in up to 8TB+ capacities. On the other hand, if we use a large PSU and we won’t use all attached cabled then it will be hard to hide them without removing the 3.5″ drive bay. Our tests were performed with Abkoncore 850W Gold 80+ PSU which will be presented in a separate review and with this PSU there were no problems but there are larger units on the market. The case supports standard ATX PSU so there shouldn’t be an issue to find a perfect PSU for the PC.
The Interior of the H600X looks pretty standard. Everything seems correct but we could ask for a bit better finish. If we install a radiator with fans on top then we may have problems with larger motherboard heatsinks or tall memory kits. It would be good to add a 2-3cm space. This is an issue of many PC cases, also more expensive.
Front panel electronics could be covered in some way but it’s also something which we can find in competitive products. On the other hand, Abkoncore made it much better in the R310 case which will be reviewed soon. There everything is nicely covered.
Available cables let us connect front panel USB 3.0/3.1, audio, power and reset buttons, and audio jacks. A quite typical but also everything we may need. Some users may ask for USB-C or USB 3.2.
Inside the case, on the back, we will find fans and a lighting controller. We can use it with various lighting sources and it works well. Additionally, the same options we will find on the remote control which is just easier to use.
