ABKONCORE Ramesses R310 Gaming PC Chassis Review

Product Photos – Exterior

Abkoncore R310 arrived in a large, brownish box. The case inside is well protected by thick foams. It needs that because of two large glass panels. The case arrived in perfect condition, and that’s the most important.

Inside the box, we will find an ATX chassis but also a set of screws, cable ties, spacers, a PC speaker on a short cable, and remote control for ARGB lighting and fans. There is also a short user manual as there is not much to describe, and most users shouldn’t have problems figuring out how to use this product.

After unpacking the case, we see additional protection on the side windows, which are made of tempered glass. It looks much better and is significantly more resistant to scratches than any plexiglass type windows. The glass itself looks well. It’s thick and clear and was delivered in perfect condition. Under the window, there are only rubber pads which are more like spacers for screws. It makes a space between the glass panels and the chassis, and as we see in the features on the previous page, it supposed to draw cold air inside the case. In reality, it draws some air, but it’s not enough for a high wattage setup, and I think that the back window should be replaced with a steel panel with holes, but I will back to that a bit later.

All steel parts were painted black, and I’m glad that used paint is much better than we could see in the H600X case. It’s thick and resistant to scratches (there is, of course, some limit). It also has a deep black color, not dark gray.

Steel’s thickness is one of the crucial features of the R310, and it is thick. The empty case won’t bend even under higher pressure like some cheaper products. The weight is around 9kg, and the case doesn’t include additional HDD cages or anything else that adds weight. It confirms the thickness of the used materials.

Everything looks stylish and straightforward. On the front panel, we will find some USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, audio 3.5″ jacks, and also ARGB and power buttons. Since it’s a new product, then I wish to see there USB-C port, but it’s not required. All these buttons and ports are nicely glowing and have ARGB lighting, the same as fans inside.

The bottom is equipped with a dust filter with magnetic stripes. It doesn’t fit well, but it is enough to do its work.

Now let’s take a look at the interior.
