A Closer Look
The package contains the router itself, 4 x antennas, 1 x LAN cable, power adapter, and a mains power cable (UK/US/EU).
The Rear I/O and Network Options
On the front of the router, there is 1 x USB 3.0 port. At the back, we have and additional USB 3.0 port, an antenna mount, 2 x WAN ports, 8 x LAN ports, another antenna mount, reset switch and power button and power connector.
On the underside of the router, you’ll find the M.2 slot for installing your own SSD. A great way of adding storage to the router, which will give you the added functionality of a NAS.
At the front of the router you’ll find the activity LEDs, which includes WAN 1 and WAN 2, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, failover, SSD, gigabit LAN ports 1 – 8.
