Verdict & Conclusion
Put simply, if I was to have just one RGB gaming keyboard, it would be without doubt that I would pick the ASUS ROG Claymore Core RGB mechanical gaming keyboard. ASUS has done a fantastic job very, and it is understandable that they have taken so long to release this gem.
We first heard of the Claymore Core well over half a year ago, and with many people online begging for its release, I can’t see it being too far now. And this is even with the vast majority of the function of the Claymore Core available at the time of testing! Its just that good.
The Claymore Core is just a joy to use, not only for your gaming sessions, but even everyday tasks on your PC. It just seems to tick all the boxes: compact, pretty, easy on the hands, not noisy, super functions built in. For the short time I had it, I actually replaced my existing keyboard with it, and at the end returned it with regret. I must apologize to the other branded gaming keyboards I have tested in the past, but this beauty just raises the bar that little bit higher.
Being priced around USD$220, the Claymore Core is not a cheap piece of PC peripheral, but it is worth every cent. And to those that have been waiting for it in anticipation, it is worth the wait.
