Packaging
I received the touch HD 12 in you typical brown cardboard box. Around the box is a white colored sleeve. The sleeve has a photo of the HD12 on the front with the words Rainmachine above. A few features is listed with pictograms below the Rainmachin’s picture. Those same features, in detail, are listed on the back. The Rainmachine symbol is projected on the top of the sleeve, while the bottom has the rest of the specifications and features of the device.

Once you slide off the sleeve you are able to open the box up. Inside you will notice that the device is packed tightly and wrapped in a white colored bag. Sitting on top of the HD 12 is the user manual, installation guide, and a brown envelope. The brown envelope hast the words thank you written in white letters. Inside you will find a card with the words just for you and some flower seeds to plant in you garden. On the back of the card Rainmachine asks, that if you like their product to spread the word. Also listed on the card is a phone number and email address to help with any installation needs. Next to the device is where you will find the AC adapter, a small screw driver, and some screws.
