Thermaltake Armor Revo Chassis Review

Hardward Installation

My ASRock Z77 Professional and OCZ Fatal1ty 1000W PSU fit nicely, and the Armor Revo has plenty of room for the rather long MSI 6970 as well. Lots of GPU room here.

Also installed (though you cannot see them particularly) are a Samsung F1 750GB HDD and an OCZ Vertex 3 240GB MaxIOPS SSD. This is my 24/7 use system at home, I think the Overseer RX-I may have just been replaced.

There’s plenty of vertical room for tall CPU coolers as well, the TRUE I have installed is far from short. I’m testing Thermaltake’s new Frio Extreme as well, which is significantly taller and wider. No fitment issues in the Armor Revo at all, which is rather impressive really.

The cable management options are excellent as you can see. I didn’t spend very long organizing things and still ended up with a very clean build indeed.

I still love the feet, they look kind of like paws.
