Thermaltake Armor Revo Gene Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Photos Part Two: The Case

As I said, the case is very beautiful with its sleek design:

But enough about aesthetics.  The Armor Revo is solid as a rock and is surprisingly scratch resistant.  Space is not an issue; you won’t have to worry about making room for your video card, or two, or three.  And cable management is once-again as easy as installing any of the other components.  I can’t tell you how much of a load it takes off your shoulders to be able to route all the wiring so that it doesn’t get in the way of itself or your components.  Those who are big into modding will definitely sympathize.

It is worth noting that, if you read my review about the Thermaltake Soprano, since this is a transparent window case, there isn’t any sound-proofing.  And I will say the noise level is certainly noticeable, but it’s actually not that bad.  I have heard much worse.  As long as you’re doing work or playing a video game, it’s not so hard to drown out.  After all, since this type of case is geared more towards showing off, it’s not such a big deal.
