Thermaltake Chaser A31 Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Verdict and Conclusion

So…the A31.  What do I think of it?  Well, it’s not bad.  It’s not the best case I’ve ever seen, but it’s sufficient for what you pay.

I think the Chaser is really geared more towards customers looking for a case that’s solid enough without breaking the bank, and at $70.00 USD, it fulfills that role rather nicely.

Honestly, if it weren’t for the price, I might have rated it a little lower than I did.

Luckily Thermaltake seems to have a good policy when it comes to matching prices according to their quality.

Here are the pros:

  • Good price
  • Very easy hardware installation.

And the cons:

  • Only comes with two fans.
  • Could be slightly bigger.

Final Words. When I say that price according to quality, I definitely don’t mean the A31 is a bad case.  It’s built well, looks decent enough, and has all the necessary accomodations you’d need for whatever you like to do; whether that be gaming or just office work.  Just don’t expect a lot of the bells and whistles that you’d get from a more expensive model. Then again, you don’t always need a lot of extra stuff.  Decent case for a decent price.
