Information: Some motherboards are initially configured to allow CPU to automatically overclock. In such case, the CPU will be using more power than the announced TDP.

Used Bionix P-series fans are using Fluid Dynamic Bearing. What does it mean for us? Longer life and quiet work. Below you can see a picture which is showing the fan in details.

The Freezer 34 is quite small and it should fit into every ATX PC case, even these smaller mATX or ITX models. It’s a real advantage over some competitive coolers which are hard to install in many new cases. Typical maximum height in medium size case is nowadays about 150mm while high-performance tower type coolers have often over 155mm.

Personally, I really like the “stamp” which are telling us that this cooler has a 10-year warranty. It’s clear that the manufacturer trusts in quality of the Freezer 34 eSports.

Now a couple of words about the package and its contents.

The Freezer 34 eSports DUO has arrived in a quite small box. The package is well described so we are sure what to find inside. There is also most of the product specification which we can find on the website.

The manual is in the form of a card. Simply use your smartphone to read the manual. It’s quite interesting I can say. On the other hand, we are not wasting paper which after quick read would be thrown away by most users.

Installation is really simple and most users who were installing tower coolers probably won’t even need the manual.

Inside the box, we will find the cooler, mounting parts and a bit of MX-4 thermal compound which should be enough for at least two installations.

The MX-4 has a promotion in which you can win 1000 USD. Check this link to find out more about it. Arctic MX-4 is one of the best thermal compounds on the market. The same for years as there is no need to change the already great product.

In our review, we will use a black/white version of the cooler, as you can see on the photos. The Freezer 34 is available also in red, yellow and green. All look great so when I had a chance to pick one for this review then I couldn’t decide. White fits more motherboards so I’ve decided on this version.

At first sight, we could say the Freezer 34 eSports is one more tower cooler as it looks similar to competitive products. When we took a closer look then we could see these little differences that count. I mean the heatsink design and fan design. A special coating is causing micro turbulences which supposed to help in heat dissipation. The fan itself is offering high air pressure which helps to push/pull air through the heatsink.

These “little” differences are actually causing the Freezer 34 eSports to perform better than expected keeping quite small size. We will show our test results on the next page of this review. Till then you have to trust me that this magical technology actually works.

On the photos above you can see the base of our test platform. It’s a SuperO Z390 ITX size motherboard. I’m trying to test all coolers on so small motherboards to check if there is no interference. The Freezer 34 causes no problems with tall memory or tightly packed motherboard components.

Since we know what we will test then let’s move to the next page to check our test results.
