Today, we’ll be taking a look at the Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 HALO² White Edition. These fans come with Cooler Master’s silent cooling technology, and a dual loop addressable Gen2 RGB lighting that’s compatible with all the major RGB eco-systems out there, including Asus’s Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and ASRock’s Polychrome Sync.
You can also uses Cooler Master’s MasterPlus+ software to customize each individual LED for different colors, effects, brightness and more.
The fans feature a Rifle Bearing rotor and a hybrid fan blade design, giving you an air flow of 47.2 CFM and a low noise level of around 30 dBA. It also comes with a smart fan sensor with jam protection, allowing uninterrupted air flow.
What I like about these fans is the fact that you don’t need any controllers. Just plug them directly to the motherboard, and that includes both the 4-pin PWM cable and the 3-pin ARGB cable.
I would like to thank Cooler Master for providing these review samples! Let us see what Cooler Master has to say about themselves on their website:
