Looks/Lighting Control
The ML240l features support for software control from ASUS Aura Sync, ASROCK RGB, Gigabyte Fusion and MSI Mystic Lighting. But if your motherboard doesn’t support software control for the lights don’t worry because Cooler Master includes a remote for hardware level control.
Using the remote you can change between 7 colors, change from static, flashing or breathing animations, change the speed of the lighting animation and set the lighting to cycle through all of the colors.
My only complaint with the hardware control for the lighting is that the pump color is never the same as the fans so you can’t match colors using the hardware controls but this is a minor issue since you’ll more than likely be using software controls for everything.
Overall I really like how this cooler looks and I like how Cooler Master includes everything you’ll need to control the lights in the box which was really surprising considering the price point.
My only complaint here is that the pump and fan colors don’t match up when using the included hardware controls. I rate this aspect 4.5/5.

Great price! The specs and test results aren’t bad, either. I have a spare PC, slightly OC’d with a I7 6700K cooled with a Noctua NH-15 that I use for CAD stuff. With a few more positive reviews, I might just pull the trigger and buy one of these and OC a little more. Fun project, anyway, without breaking the bank and/or catching my wife’s attention.
