Conclusion and Verdict
If you are looking for fans that can truly move a bunch of air, then these need to be on your list to try. Compared to other fans these move a lot of air and you can easily tell that just by doing a hand test. The 2.69mmH2O is plenty and these would work good on an AIO setup. Fans, that you decide to place on a radiator need to have a good static pressure rating so, they can sufficiently push air through the dense openings. Now, if you are looking for more of a fan that can move a large volume of air, these are rated to move 63.1CFM. This is a decent rating, and you can tell just by feeling the amount of air that these fans are actually moving.
Lastly, the fans are extremely quite at full speed. I actually had to get my area as quite as possible to even get the decibel reader to pick them up. My background noise was way louder than any of the sound these fans produced. They are rated at 22dB, and I was getting a reading of 24dB at a couple of feet. That is whisper quite levels.
The RGB on the Mobius 120P ARGB was nice and lit up the fan evenly and the color depth was good. These would be a solid choice if you are looking for a RGB fan that can perform as well as it looks.
