Packaging
The box and packaging comes with all the items needed for installation, including a bag of screws and the CPU mounting brackets for Intel (LGA1700) and AMD processors (AM5).
Accessories include an iCUE LINK System Hub unit, 3 sets of iCUE LINK cables, micro USB cable, 6-pin ATX power cable, and 1 x 3M double-sided sticky tape/strip.
A Closer Look
The package comes with 3 x RX120 RGB cooling fans which are pre-installed on the 360mm radiator. This saves precious time during installation, plus you only need one iCUE LINK cable to power the fans and the RGB LEDs.
The RX120 RGB cooling fans offer a maximum speed of 2,100 rpm, and gives you an airflow of between 10.4 – 73.5 CFM with a maximum noise level of only 36 dBA.
The tubing measures around 450mm which is long enough, to allow you to adjust the orientation of your CPU waterblock however you want. The tubing material is made with the same Low-Permeation rubber as found on their other AIO coolers. It’s wrapped in a white braided sleeve, which makes it pretty robust and flexible.
The CPU waterblock features Flowdrive Cooling Engine (pump) which is powered by a three-phase motor and offers a higher flow rate with lower noise level. It has a fairly large copper base and comes with Corsair’s XTM70 thermal paste pre-applied, which is great.
If you take a closer look at the CPU waterblock, you’ll find that there are 2 connectors. One is for the iCUE LINK, while the other is a USB-C connector.
The CapSawp AIO Modules (optional/sold separately)
Corsair was kind enough to send us 3 CapSwap AIO modules Goove, VRM Fan and LCD Screen. These AIO modules are super easy to install … no tools needed.
