Verdict and Conclusion
Now it comes to it. I could probably go on for hours about how much I like this cooler, but I’ll try not to. Good look, good performance, easy installation, and low noise level. All that makes a recipe for success. The PH-TC12DX runs circles around other models at 4.1ghz. Sadly, it doesn’t quite hold up to some others are 4.5ghz, but it definitely holds its own, and I think that’s really enough.
At $50 USD, you might be able to find something marginally better but either way, you’re getting a fine deal.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxPros:

- Good cooling performance
- Nice look
- Great mounting mechanism
Cons:
- A little pricey.
Final Words. So that’s the Phanteks PH-TC12DX. Impressed? I sure was. I really am happy to see that there are companies out there that put as much effort into cooling units as Phanteks does. Their effort definitely shows. And, I would even go so far as to say it’s a good standard model to compare other heatsinks to. This is the first review that I’m going to give a 9 out of 10 score. I was genuinely pleased with the results, and I think you will be too.
