Packaging
The package is in your typical cardboard box with a graphic of the cooler along with a grey tone color scheme. The box is clearly labeled with a Phanteks logo and the model of the cooler. One side of the package has the specifications of the cooler, while the other side details the features. The back of the package has nine languages explaining the recommended purpose of the cooler.

Inside the package the cooler is tightly packed away in a form fitting soft Styrofoam. Also included are all the necessary installation bracket needed for every AMD and Intel socket set. Phanteks also included their high quality thermal pastes Phanteks PH-NDC which has enough paste for several applications. The PH-NDC is made of high purity Nano diamond-like particles to improve the thermal conductance between components. I found that the install guide to be very informative and detailed.
