Conclusion and Verdict
SilentiumPC Grandis 3 EVO ARGB is a slightly better option than the previously reviewed Fortis 3 EVO ARGB. The cooler is quiet during work and handles well everything up to 200W. It is still not enough for the i9-10900K, but I highly doubt that users of this processor will buy the Grandis cooler. I expect them to look at the Navis series of AIO coolers.
The same as for the Fortis 3 ARGB, the illumination makes a significant difference and is one of the cooler’s most essential features. Together with quiet work, we can expect it can be more important for many users than the cooling performance itself.
The same as with the Fortis 3 cooler, I could expect a bit better performance considering the cooler’s size. Also, the scratch on our cooler shouldn’t happen in an enthusiast or gamer-grade product.
You can buy the SilentiumPC Grandis 3 EVO ARGB for around USD $55 (£50.50) from the Amazon

At that price, I don’t think it’s too much for the ARGB cooler, so I guess it will be popular. The price is actually one of the strongest points of this product, plus you get a two-year warranty which covers the cooler.
Pros:
- ARGB illumination
- Above-average performance
- Inexpensive
- Quiet work
- Nano-reset ARGB controller included
Cons:
- The performance could be better.
- Some “quality control” issues
Final words:
The Grandis 3 EVO ARGB is a cooler which combines silent operation with ARGB lighting and, at the same time, delivers high enough performance to satisfy most gamers. It’s also inexpensive, so it should be an interesting option for everyone.
The Grandis 3 EVO is one more SilentiumPC cooler that receives our Value Award!
