Verdict and Conclusion
I have to say, I thought it would have been super difficult to build and install this watercooling kit on to our Project Core Arancio PC build. As it turns out, it wasn’t so bad after all. It was both FUN and exciting to see it all come together. You just need a clear head for planning in advance, and a decent flow plan on paper. Once you have that, you can set it up in no time.
I found the hard tube bending a little challenging having not done it before, but have a few tries I was fine with it. The other thing I found slightly confusing was the sizes of the fittings and adapters… but if you keep to what they provide you in the watercooling kit, you’ll be fine. In this case it’s all 12mm ID/16mm OD.
The kit contains ALL the necessary components and parts for a complete watercooling build, which is a good thing. No need to buy extra fittings, adapters or tubes (unless you really want to) … the Thermaltake Pacific RL240 D5 Hard Tube Water Cooling Kit is meant to give users the hassle-free experience of installing a ready-to-go watercooling kit on to your PC.
The Thermaltake Pacific RL240 D5 Hard Tube Water Cooling Kit doesn’t come cheap, costing on average around USD $300. But for that price, what you get is a watercooling kit which contains ALL the necessary components and parts for a complete watercooling build … Plus it’s “Tt LCS Certified” so you’re guaranteed it’ll be compatible with any “Tt LCS Certified” Thermaltake chassis.
