Thermaltake SWAFAN 12 RGB Fan Review (3 Pack)

Conclusion and Verdict

If you’ve never experience the frustrations of wondering how to implement a reverse “pull-push” configuration for the cooling fans, without making it look odd or ugly on their chassis and radiators … then you probably won’t understand why this product exist. For those who do … then you’re in for a real TREAT! These are the cooling fans you’ve all been waiting for. A cooling fan that offers interchangeable fan blades allowing you to REVERSE the airflow! It’s perfect for mounting on chassis and radiators to give you that “pull-push” configuration without having to worry whether your system will be looking odd or out of place.

If you’re a watercooling enthusiast, you’re now able to mount these fans on both sides of the radiator to give you that elusive “pull-push” configuration … all the while, with the RIING fans showing off its RGB in full view uninterupted.

The reverse fan blades are easy to change and swap out. You just pop-out the standard fan blades (black sticker) and pop-in the reverse fan blades (silver sticker)… job done!

The other great news is that there’s not much difference in cooling performance between the two “push-pull” and “pull-push” configurations. The quiet operation of only 30.5 dBA is also another added bonus. But the other important thing is the RGB lighting on the fans. With a massive 30 LEDs per fan, it’s sure going to make heads turn. This is all controlled by the TT RGB software which you can download from their website.

You can buy the Thermaltake SWAFAN 12 RGB Fan (3 Pack) for around USD $119.99 from Amazon – https://amzn.to/3M8OEXh

Final Thoughts

I really like these SWAFAN 12 RGB Fans from Thermaltake. They’re pretty unique, and offer decent cooling performance with quiet operation. They’re great for anyone who wants to implement a “pull-push” configuration for the cooling fans on their chassis or radiator.

Too expensive for a fan and they use proprietary connectors so they can be a pain if you want to use them as a case fan.

That’s true … they are expensive, but they do look good though 😍
