Today, we’ll be taking a look at the Thermaltake SWAFAN EX12 ARGB. It’s a 120mm PC cooling fan that incorporates a new magnetic force design, for quick connection between the fans with its 12V cable, and at the same time, keeping the swappable fan blade design.
These swappable fan blades allow you to set a push-pull or a pull-push configuration, and guarantees optimal cooling performance under different conditions.
There are a total of 20 LEDs on each fan. 14 LEDs on the outer ring, and 6 LEDs on the inner ring. You to create your own lighting patterns with the TT RGB PLUS 2.0 software or sync it with all the major RGB eco-systems out there.
Fan uses a hydraulic ball bearing with speeds ranging from 500 ~ 2000 RPM, and each Standard Fan Blade provides a decent airflow of 57.11 CFM, and a noise level of only 30.6 decibels.
First, you don’t need any controllers for the fans. Second, you only need one cable to power all 3 fans, including the ARGB lighting. Just plug in one end of the included cable directly to the motherboard for both 4-pin power and the 3-pin ARGB … while the other end of the cable has a magnetic connector which easily and conveniently connects to the fans.
