* When using an air cooler rather than a liquid cooler, HYTE recommends the installation of 2 additional intake fans (not included) on the side mount of the Y60 for optimal airflow.
Now let’s take a look at the package and its contents.
Package and its contents
The HYTE Y60 chassis arrived in a retail package which is a large box. The package is typical for PC cases and is made of brownish cardboard. There is an additional yellow sticker pointing out that inside is a modern aesthetic product. On the sides are general specifications and case drawings, so about everything we need to see. The chassis itself is protected by thick styrofoam. The case isn’t very heavy as it weighs about 11.3kg with the package. We have seen heavier cases. It still has to be well protected for transport.
The package contents are not including much. There is a set of screws, a short user manual, an audio jack adapter, and some zip ties. Everything else is already in its place in the case.
Next, I will describe what I find the most important. I will skip the obvious things that are clear looking at the product and would be boring.
