The Exterior
The exterior has a clean and sleek look. I particularly like the right side panel with the honeycomb mesh exhausts allowing extra cooling if you mount a radiator. I also like the tempered glass front panel too.
For connectivity, you get 4 x USB 3.0, mic-in and line-out for HD audio. Sadly, there are no USB-C connectors.
The Interior
The In Win 509 chassis is made from steel – SECC (Steel, Electrogalvanized, ColdRolled, Coil). That’s why it weighs in at a heavy 16kg. Weight aside, the overall quality is very good with smooth edges all round and solid construction.
Hard Drive Bays
When it comes to hard drive space. You got plenty of options. You can install up to 9 hard drives (5 x 2.5″/3.5″- 3 x EZ-Swap, 4 x 2.5″) if you wish.
