Box and Packaging
Not much inside the box. Just your power cord, power charger, quick setup guide and a oddly, as a thin piece of thermal pad for SSDs.
The Laptop Itself
The build quality of the laptop is very good and has a nice slim design and look. Measuring just 356mm (W) x 250mm (D) x 20mm (H), it’s one of the thinnest 15.6-inch laptop that I’ve seen, that offers a 4K AMOLED display with a super thin 3mm bezel.
The laptop is also fairly light-weight too, weighing in at only 2kgs (4.4 lbs). I also like the “AERO” back-light logo on the lid, as well as webcam privacy switch.
A Closer Look
For connectivity, there’s 2 x USB 3.1 ports, 2 x USB 3.2 port (1x Type-C/1x Type-A), 1 x HDMI, 1 x USB-C (Thunderbolt 3), SD Card reader, 3.5mm audio jack combo, RJ45 Killer ethernet LAN.
The laptop has plenty of exhaust vents which all for better cooling, thanks to Gigabyte’s Supra Cool 2 which features two 71-blade fans, 5 heat pipes and 11 intake/exhausts.
