Conclusion and Verdict

The Professional 1000x 256GB micro SDXC card is one more great product from Lexar. I don’t think we have reviewed any Lexar product which had any issues in our tests and we couldn’t recommend it.

The Professional 1000X 256GB card is performing great and is fully stable. Additionally we are receiving really handy micro SD card reader which is fully compatible with USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 controllers. Simply will work with any desktop or mobile computer.

It’s hard to say much about the card’s design. It looks like any other micro SD card what makes it fully compatible with devices which can work with so high capacity card. Tested card is also fully compatible with Go Pro cameras. Even though some models have lower maximum supported capacity in specification then we were able to use reviewed Lexar card without issues.

High capacity Micro SD cards designed for 4K cameras aren’t cheap but if we really need high performance and high capacity card then Lexar seems the best choice. 256GB version of the Professional 1000x micro SDXC card costs about $250 in Amazon store. Again, not cheap but reasonable price. Buy now at Amazon for $57.

The Professional 1000x micro SDXC cards from Lexar are simply the best you can get if you are looking for fast and high capacity micro SD card for your camera or any other device.
