A Closer Look
The memory modules look very attractive with its custom designed heatsinks. What’s more, each module features a LED strip on the top, and glows red with a pulsating pattern when the system is powered on.
Installation
Installation is simple … just make sure you follow the instructions on your motherboard manual and be aware of the positioning of the notch on each of the memory modules.
For the purpose of our tests, we used 2 sets of these memory modules on an ASRock X99X Killer 3.1 motherboard … giving us quad channel mode (4 x 8GB of DDR4-2400). The memory modules are usually installed on DDR4 memory slots labeled A1, B1, C1 and D1.
