Installation
No issues with installation. The memory modules fits in nicely on the ASRock Z490 Steel Legend motherboard. I don’t know what it is … but after turning on the computer, there always seem to be a 5 seconds delay for the RGB lighting to kick in. I guess it’s warming up lol 😀
BIOS Setup
The BIOS on the ASRock Z490 Steel Legend motherboard is super easy to use. There are two XMP profiles … one is at DDR4-2933 (for better compatibility on certain motherboards), and the other is at DDR-3600, which is at full spec. Just enable XMP profiles and you’re ready to go! XMP feature will allow the memory to run at the full speed of DDR4-3600.
