Closer Look
The Trident Z has arrived in a retail package which is a small box. It’s exactly the same package as we could see in the previous Trident Z memory review. All what we need to know is described on the package. Detailed specification is always available on G.Skill website.
While looking for memory kit in online stores or simply on the manufacturer’s website it’s best to use product number which is available on the back of the package. There are a lot of memory kits and it’s easy for mistake as some have only one letter more or less in the product number while specification can be different.
Inside the package we can find two memory modules and a small sticker with G.Skill logo which is available in probably every memory kit for long years.
Memory is additional protected by plastic transparent box so it should be safe for the time of shipping.
Below you can see the gallery of Trident Z 16GB DDR4-3000 CL14 memory kit. I think I don’t have to describe everything here as it’s pretty obvious. I will only add that heatsinks are made of brushed aluminum. One side of the heatsink is silver while the other is black. You can see the difference on the attached photos but depends from used light it may look a bit different. Regardless of light Trident Z looks great and I think that our reader agree with that.
Enjoy the gallery!
