7-Zip is file compressing and decompressing tool which also includes benchmark.
Total results are showed in MIPS – Million Instructions Per Second.
In this test there is not so big difference between all memory but it’s also showing similar scaling as in other tests with TridentX 2400 CL9.
WinSAT
At the end I wish to show how the system is using our testing memory. WinSAT is integrated performance and diagnostic tool that we can find in Windows 7.
Results in this test are going up mainly with memory clock. Additional improvements in memory timings are also visible on our DDR3-2400 kits. Using overclocked i7 3770K CPU, system is able to utilize up to 32GB/s memory bandwidth on TridentX memory which is great result.
