The tested memory kit has two XMP profiles that can be used on desktop motherboards or in small computers like Intel NUC series or anything else which can use SODIMM memory and supports XMP profiles. Most laptops don’t support XMP, so we have to use the SPD profile, which in other words is automatic or default profile, which motherboard loads reading installed memory.

Since our laptop is not supporting XMP profiles, we will test the memory using its rated speed programmed in the SPD profile.
HyperX used Micron E-die IC in the tested memory what we can see in Thaiphoon Burner software but also on the memory chips as they’re not rebranded.
The memory also has a write-protected SPD, so we won’t be able to edit the profile and play more with timings. Below is a screenshot from Thaiphoon Burner, which shows some more info about memory modules.
HyperX Impact DDR4-3200 passed the stability test without issues, so we are sure there won’t be any problems during other tests.
CPU-Z is also showing us the mentioned Micron memory chips.
