Conclusion and Verdict
Kingston Fury Beast 32GB DDR5-5200 is a well-designed memory kit that provides high performance and stability. There were no problems with both during the tests, even though the used motherboard still has early BIOS, which isn’t problem-free. Even though the Alder Lake-S premiere is far from perfect, Kingston did an excellent job with its first gaming DDR5 series.
Both XMP profiles work flawlessly, and even if we won’t enable the XMP profile, RAM runs at DDR5-4800 and has tighter timings than competitive memory kits.
We won’t find RGB illumination on the Beast series memory, but a large group of users will find it an advantage. For sure, we can be glad that the memory is low profile so that it will fit every PC with any cooling type.
One of the most significant advantages is product availability. Typically, I wouldn’t mention that, but there is such a big problem with DDR5 availability that Kingston Fury Beast makes it the best option, as the only widely available gaming series DDR5. Most other brands were showing their DDR5 memory kits in the news but won’t have them available for next weeks, if not months.
The FURY Beast 32GB DDR5-5200 memory kit costs around €295; what is the price of higher DDR4 memory kits, so it’s still reasonable. Most of the competition is listed for much more.
A lifetime warranty and free support cover all Kingston memory kits. A low RMA rate also proves the high quality of Kingston products.
